Due to the promotion of the current post holder to CEO, Nugent Care is now looking to find an innovative Director of Operations to lead our reputable and highly complex operational services.

Requirement; You will need to have extensive experience in Health and Social Care and substantive experience in leadership of regulated (CQC/Ofsted) and unionised environments. You will have a qualification in social work at least at degree level but ideally at Masters level. In addition, a management qualification, financial acumen and a deep understanding of safeguarding issues will be essential. The ability to process and interpret information using a variety of software packages will also be important. We are looking for a very flexible and tenacious leader with a great sense of humour and emotional intelligence who will meet the “Fit and Proper Persons” requirement and who can support the delivery of a Christian ethos within the organisation.
