- Above secondary school graduation and 7 years of experience in catering or related food service area, degree, NCE or combination of experience and higher education or a diploma in a catering subject. Health and safety or food hygiene qualifications are crucial
- Strong supervisory and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both written and oral format.
- Knowledge of food preparation, presentation and customer service
- Must not be above 45 years
